User	:	Who enters Credentials i.e. User Name and Password with an intention to use the Application.
Service Provider	:	Developer/ Web Application Owner and/or any person directly or indirectly involved in developing the Application except the user and his/ her legal heirs as mentioned above.
Application	:	Web Application i.e. web site www.tallyaccountant.com hosted anywhere.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS (as updated from time to time at www.tallyaccountant.com)

 

1.      Disputes are subject to the New Delhi/ South Delhi, India Jurisdiction.

 

2.      The User is fully responsible for the Data or records added/ created or modified using the Application.

 

3.      Service Provider will not be responsible for any loss of any kind that occurs knowingly or unknowingly due the use of the application.

 

4.      It is advised to take regular backup of your data, especially before using Application's data related features for Tally.

 

5.  Tally with License is STRONGLY recommended.

 

6.  All logo, patent name or licensed digital material used in the application knowingly or unknowingly without mala-fide intention belongs to their respective owner. Service Provider cannot be held responsible by anybody by any cause any way for any loss. Any content removal may please be brought in to the knowledge of Service Provider by emailing to support@tallyaccountant.com .

Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the Service Provider and/or other source(s), and to obtain appropriate professional advice.

Bug(s) and flow of logic error may remain in the application , service provider recifies when same comes to notice.
