Disputes are subject to the New Delhi/ South Delhi, India Jurisdiction.

User who want to cancel the order need to send an email to support@tallyaccountant.com from registered email id along with payment proof and intimate to mobile number +919212344972 via SMS or whatsapp or by both on the same day when amount paid otherwise NO refund claim will be acccepted.

As settlement of transaction takes three to four days therefore successful refund claims will be paid within seven working days.

Payment Gateways charges and any other charges paid by the service provider against the amount received will be recovered from the refund amount payable.

All digital utility/app material saved against the ordered amount need to be removed from all storages maintained by the user.

After cancellation user agrees not to use any related digital information or application

Physical material, if any, provided by the service provider need to be returned soon after the cancellation approval; failure to do so or till the material is received, refund amount can be hold for payment.
