Definations

 

User	:	Who enters Credentials i.e. User Name and Password with an intention to use the Application.
Service Provider	:	Developer/ Web Application Owner and/or any person directly or indirectly involved in developing the Application except the user and his/ her legal heirs as mentioned above.
Application	:	Web Application i.e. web site www.tallyaccountant.com hosted anywhere.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy (as updated from time to time at www.tallyaccountant.com)

Disputes are subject to the New Delhi/ South Delhi, India Jurisdiction.

Digital goods/services are delivered against the Sucessful order untill unless specified especially.

Digital goods/services provided by the service provider to the users via link/SMS/Whatsapp or any other digital medium.

User will use his device/internet to access these Digital goods/services at user's own cost and risk.

Service Provider will NOT be held responsible for any loss/cost that may occure while accessing/downloading these digital goods/services or otherwise.

Delivery charge(s), if any, in any case will be borne by the user. User will have to make arrangement to collect/send physical goods, if any.

Service Provider reserves rights to reject while accepting physical goods, if any, on any ground.
